Microsoft todaytook to their Xbox Wire blogto update consumers on some changes to their Xbox customer support operation. The firm explained that they are looking to provide “fast and effective help” for gamers, whenever it is needed, be it with the virtual agent, Xbox Assist app, and more.
First of the changes happens to be with the Xbox Assist app. This was originally launched last Fall, and the company says it will be adding new troubleshooters later this summer so gamers can solve common problems with Xbox live, and more. To go with that are enhancements to the virtual agent, which now will pick up new capabilities which should help gamers troubleshoot common problems, and find the right place to get support.
The second round of changes are with support callback, and device repair and tracking improvements. Microsoft will be updating the Xbox support line with a “callback” option so that after describing the problem on supporrt.xbox.com gamers won’t need to waste precious time on hold. This is meant to tie in with the device repair and tracking improvements, which now allows you to track the repair progress of any Xbox on account.microsoft.com.
Finally,as we noted before, Microsoft will be moving the Xbox Forums to the Microsoft Community. This change is Microsoft’s bigger plans to “empower users with discussions.” All that said, there’s definitely now more than one way to solve your Xbox related problems, so you’ll likely never have to worry again about being left with a broken console.

For most of the kids of his age, the Internet was an amazing way to play and communicate with others, but he was deeply impressed by the flow of information and how easily you can find anything on the web.
Prior to founding Windows Report, this particular curiosity about digital content enabled him to grow a number of sites that helped hundreds of millions reach faster the answer they’re looking for.
