It looks like Microsoft is continuing to roll out more of its new Fluent Design in the background. According to a report byWindows Central, the Groove Music app on Xbox One has received an update with some elements of the new design language.
For those that may not know, Microsoft’s Project NEON was announced at Build 2017 as being renamed intoMicrosoft Fluent Design System. beyond making apps look sleeker, the goal is to create a responsive and ‘harmonious’ interaction across devices.
The Groove Windows 10 PC and Mobile apps have already seen some a touch of the Fluent Design tweaks. With the Xbox One update, the most noticeable change is the signature transparent menu bar that blurs the background content. Otherwise, the implementation seems to be minor for now.
The Groove Music Xbox One app update is available for many users, but not everyone just yet. No doubt we’ll see more of the Microsoft apps dressing up in Fluent Design as we move closer towards the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update later this year.
