Xbox Cloud Gaming is the mobile-oriented branch of the Xbox Game Pass suite of services, and allows players to access and play many of the greatest Xbox console games on practically any device, including their smartphones and tablets. Xbox Cloud Gaming is even available on iOS through the Safari browser, and it’s now better than ever.
On Monday, Microsoft revealed thatnew updates to Xbox Cloud Gaming bring major performance improvementsto the experience on iPhones and iPads, improving the responsiveness and ensuring the gameplay is as flawless as possible. According to the company,Xbox Cloud Gaminghas already enjoyed increased positive feedback and longer play sessions with the changes, indicating the performance improvements on iOS are both noticeable and welcomed.
Xbox Cloud Gaming lets you play many of thebest Xbox Game Pass gameson iOS, Android, and Windows devices, and even lets you play games before downloading on Xbox consoles. Hopefully, these new updates will improve the experience on iPhones and iPads, which lack a dedicated app through which to play and must access Xbox Cloud Gaming through the Safari browser.
