Members of the media initially received their invites to Microsoft’s October 2nd NYC eventlast week, but some lucky members of the general public are in on the action now too.Noted by Neowin, Microsoft is inviting select Windows Insiders to a pre-event meet at Tortilla Flats in NYC, and also the main-press event at Industria Studios.

You can check out the full details on the Windows Insider eventby checking here, but be aware that the Insider Event looks to be on an RSVP basis only. According to that website, only an “exclusive group” of Windows Insiders are invited, first meeting at 2:00 pm EDT at Tortilla Flats then eventually transitioning to the main press venue at 4:00 pm EDT.

We’ll be attending the main press event on October 2, where it is widely expected for Microsoft to unveil refreshed Surface devices, and even discuss the Windows 10 October 2018 Update. We put togethera post of what we expectfrom this event, so be sure to check it out.
