Microsoft Ignite runs from November 2-4, 2021. Technical demos, Q&A sessions, technical deep dives, and other content will be streamed during the all-digital event. Microsoftopened registration for Ignitein September 2021, but didn’t share details about event sessions at the time. The Microsoft Ignite website now shows information for the sessions that will be held at the event.

Unsurprisingly, Ignite will have several sessions that focus onWindows 11. Microsoft’s new operating system launched earlier this month.Microsoft’s websitefor Ignite lists sessions on why organizations should adopt Windows 11, reducing security risks with Windows 11 and Surface hardware, and managing Windows updates. In total, there are 30 listed sessions related to Windows 11 at the time of publication.

As pointed out byThurrott.com, some of the content that appears when searching for “Windows 11” is only tangentially related to the new operating system. For example, the first result that appears is for using Windows 365 for hybrid work.

Ignite is generally aimed at IT professionals. In addition to sessions focusing on Windows 11, the Ignite catalog lists sessions for Microsoft Teams, Azure, and several other Microsoft services.
