Microsoft releasesPatch TuesdayUpdates every month to fix known issues and security flaws affecting Windows operating systems.

This month, the Redmond giant is back with a new round ofWindows 10cumulative updates. More specifically, Microsoft releasedKB4499181forWindows 10v1703. The company completely focused on improving the security of Windows components, including the system’s built-in IE and Microsoft Edge browsers.

However, we recommend to pause theupdatesfor around 2-3 weeks until a stable release is available. Sometimes,Windows 10updates may bring alongsome major bugsthat Microsoft’s engineers failed to detect before the official rollout.

Furthermore, you should enable the system restore option before installing theupdate. In case you experience any issues, you can use the system restore options to rollback to a working OS version.
