Microsoft confirms ZIP file problems in Windows 10 1809, expects “early November” fix

Problems with Windows 10continue to surface following the release of version 1809, this time with ZIP files. Copying files from a ZIP folder without extracting it may cause it not to copy or move correctly. Microsoft says it expects a fix in early November.
