Windows 7 edges closer to 50% market share while Windows 10 increases marginally
Thelatest NetMarketShare stats have been releasedand it shows an interesting picture of what’s happening in the world of Windows. Windows 7 is getting ever-closer to the 50% market share; Windows 10, on the otherhand, has increased usage slightly, although, it is within the margin of error.
Windows 10 now accounts for more than 50% of Steam users
Painting a slightly different picture to NetMarketShare, theSteam Hardware Survey shows Windows 10 64-Bit usage increasinga fair bit for Steam users, as it is now used by over 50% of the active Steam population, while Windows 7 drops slightly.
Ride sharing service Lyft is coming to Windows 10
Uber has been part of the Windows 10 platform for some time now, offering an app on Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile – now, Uber competitorLyft is also bringing an official app to Windows 10.
