Some new Windows devices are shipping with unsupported software
PC manufacturers are apparently feeling nervous over the pulled and delayed Windows 10 October 2018 update. The update has experienced numerous issues, leading Microsoft to pull it. However, for PC manufacturers, they are nowhaving to release hardware on an operating system that the hardware has not been tested with, potentially causing compatibility issues.
Microsoft might be separating Windows Search from Cortana in Windows 10 19H1
In Windows 10 19H1, it appears thatMicrosoft is working on, or at the very least testing, separating Cortana from Windows Search. A new “Conversation Canvas” could house Cortana, similar to how other assistants work, like Google Assistant.

The Alexa for PC app is now generally available on the Microsoft Store
