Since the Release Preview Ring is the lowest and less risky ring in the Windows Insider program, this might mean that the release of the Redstone 4 Windows 10 update is coming near. It is widely believed that this build 17133 releasing todayis the RTM, which would ship out to Microsoft OEMs for installing on new PCs.
Microsoft is now likely putting the final touches on the Redstone 4 update, and might officially announce both the naming and an official release date within the next few days. Anyway, you should be seeing this update now in Windows Update if you’re a Release Preview Insider.
