Netflix is gearing up to releasefour new installments of Gilmore Girls, almost 10 years since the 2007 series finale.Netflixis giving Gilmore Girls fans the chance to see what’s happening with Rory, Lorelai, Emily, Luke, Lane, and the rest of the gang in Stars Hollow in Ultra HD. Netflix is offering exclusive 4K content on Windows 10 devices, starting withGilmore Girls: A Year in the Life, premiering on November 25, 2016.

In order to take advantage of the Netflix 4K content streaming, Microsoft notes that you’ll need a Windows 10 device that can display 4K content:

“Your binge-watching favorites on Netflix are now available in 4K exclusively on compatible PCs and 2-in-1 devices, on Windows 10. Check out the new streaming experience with Microsoft Edge, the only browser that supports Netflix 4K content. If you’re looking for a new Windows 10 device that supports 4K,head over to Microsoft Stores.”

According to Microsoft, if you use Edge to stream Netflix episodes, you’ll be able to sneak in one more episode of Gilmore Girls than when streaming Netflix using Google Chrome in battery tests. Microsoft claims that Edge beats Chrome in battery tests when streaming Netflix 4K content. As always, battery life with Edge versus Chrome all comes down to your Windows 10 PC settings. Another added bonus for Microsoft Edge is the fact that Edge is theonlybrowser available where you can watch Netflix’s 4K content.

Netflix Ultra HD availability depends on your subscription plan, ISP, device capabilities, and content availability, and so this exclusive content may not be available in all areas. It should also be noted that the Netflix 4K content is only available on Windows 10 PCs with 4K displays, running 7-th Gen Intel Core (Kaby Lake) Processors.

Take a look at what Microsoft offers forWindows 10 4K PCs in the Microsoft Store.
