Back in August, Microsoft introduced theUWP Community Toolkitto help developers build new capabilities on top of the Windows SDK for Windows 10. It included an open source toolkit for developers building UWP apps in alignment with the Windows 10 SDK.

Microsoft has been taking feedback from developers since launching the UWP Community Toolkit and now is releasing an updated version,UWP Community Toolkit 1.1. The updated Toolkit isavailable nowand includes the following updates:

The UWP Toolkit can help develops build a Universal Windows app capable of running on any Windows 10 device, from phones, Xbox, PCs, and HoloLens. Developers can get started with the Toolkithere, and if you want to see more about the future roadmap for the Community Toolkit, you can head overhere.
