16 years ago, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson joined Bill Gates to announce the original Xbox. As we enter the next evolution of the Xbox brand, The Rock is making a surprise delivery to Make A Wish kids — the Xbox One X console, a week before launch. The Rock came to deliver these custom consoles as part of a full day of work for the Make A Wish Foundation, and Microsoft even gave them a bit of a personal touch. The consoles each came with a special Holiday message, and are marked with the Brahma Bull, Dwayne’s logo.

The Xbox One X is going to be released to everybody on November 7th, so these kids have some time to play with the next generation of hardware before most people get the chance. The Rock also played with the kids, letting them in on a few games of Killer Instinct, Super Lucky’s Tale, and more.

For most of the kids of his age, the Internet was an amazing way to play and communicate with others, but he was deeply impressed by the flow of information and how easily you can find anything on the web.

Prior to founding Windows Report, this particular curiosity about digital content enabled him to grow a number of sites that helped hundreds of millions reach faster the answer they’re looking for.
