Telegram Desktop updated to Version 1.3.13 onWindows 10 devicesearlier today. This latest update to the popular messaging app introduces a new method for exporting data, a night/dark theme, and a variety of refinements to the recently launched Telegram Passport feature.

Telegram is a messaging app that’s popular amongst tech and crypto circles due to its emphasis on privacy and security and support fornumerous device including Windows phones. It’s hardly a little kept secret though and, earlier this year, surpassed 200 million users worldwide.
