Service outages affecting Outlook.com, Exchange users in Europe

Microsoft has acknowledged service outages for Outlook.com and Exchange users in Europe. After investigating the issues this morning, the company said that it has been restoring service but it doesn’t have a time of recovery yet.

Office 365 users can can learn more about the Exchange outage by checking theOffice 365 admin centerand mobile app. For Outlook.com users, you can get updates on the dedicatedTwitter accountor theService Health page. The email service is currently affected by two issues, with some users struggling to connect to Outlook.com and others not being able to receive and send emails.
