Microsoft is throwing a special TGIF campaign in the (newly updated) Windows Store tonight with a variety of new and classic movies getting their rental fee taken all the way down to $0.99.

Among the discounted rental movies are the newly released Ghost in the Shell, The LEGO Batman Movie, Assassin’s Creed, La La Land, and the classic IT, The Shining, and Superman The Movie. You can see the full listing here.

It’s unclear how long these discounts will remain online though given that they’re being promoted under the TGIF phrase, they’ll likely expire within the next 24 to 48 hours. Like all movies in the Windows Store though, these are viewable on allWindows 10 PCs, Windows 10 Mobile phones, andXbox One consoles.

Are you going to rent any of these discounted films? What would you recommend to others? Sign-off in the comments below.

For most of the kids of his age, the Internet was an amazing way to play and communicate with others, but he was deeply impressed by the flow of information and how easily you can find anything on the web.

Prior to founding Windows Report, this particular curiosity about digital content enabled him to grow a number of sites that helped hundreds of millions reach faster the answer they’re looking for.
