The RAR file opener/extractor Windows 10 app, RAR Opener has just updated to Version 3 and now boasts several big improvements such as faster extracting, pin to Start, drag and drop for expanded files, and a new design that looks andworks better on Windows 10 Mobile devices.
RAR Opening is a free app though does contain in-app purchases for some features. Here’s the official app description:
The Missing RAR Opener – Open any RAR file in seconds! New update: Now in addition to RAR, it handles dozens of popular Internet file types, like 7Z, Zip, TAR, LZH, etc. Don’t clutter and overwhelm your computer with file openers that handle hundreds of file types you’ll never need. RAR Opener is a tiny and super-fast utility that focuses on RAR files and doesn’t clog up your PC or waste your RAM.
RAR Opener has a small size and memory footprint to keep its operation quick without slowing down your computer. It’s beautifully simple: just double click once on the file you want to open and that’s it. Your opened file is waiting for you in Downloads. You can, of course, launch RAR Opener to manually select files you want but when it comes to RAR files, RAR Opener is all you need.
