Blizzard’s Overwatch game will be free this week, and anyone on any platform can download the game and have access to the majority of its features, including its 29 characters available as well as play on 19 different maps (viaESTNN). What’s more, anyone who purchases the game after the trial period can access all of their saved data from before by logging into the same Blizzard or Xbox Live account that was used during the trial.
Of course, as this is an online game, you’ll need an Xbox Gold subscription to play. Luckily, Microsoft is giving new users theirfirst month for $1as part of its early Black Friday sale, so now is probably the best time to get it if you’ve been planning to do so.
Blizzard has ran other free trials before, with theirmost recent one being last August. However this time the game is free for a whole seven days, starting from today (November 20) and ending November 26.
Are you a current owner of Overwatch, or will you be participating in the trial? Your thoughts about the game are welcome in the comment area below.

For most of the kids of his age, the Internet was an amazing way to play and communicate with others, but he was deeply impressed by the flow of information and how easily you can find anything on the web.
Prior to founding Windows Report, this particular curiosity about digital content enabled him to grow a number of sites that helped hundreds of millions reach faster the answer they’re looking for.
