The heart of the Windows Insider program is the participation of its users. Without the continual feedback given by users, the Windows team is left with an operating system devoid of real world direction, for better or for worse.

In a new YouTube video released by the Windows team, engineers are looking to keep up the level of activity currently being displayed with each build preview by praising and highlighting the most potent feedback outlets used by Windows engineers.

Each director or exec behind Bug Bash events, Feedback Hub or Windows Insider program in general, walk through the how and why’s of their programs.

We are excited to announce Windows 10 Fall Creators Update Bug Bash. Thank you for your help in shaping Windows. Your feedback goes a long way and our developers are actively working on fixing issues based on what we hear from you. We want to welcome both new and returning users in joining us for the Bug Bash just like all previous Bug Bashes.

While the Windows Insider program has always been under attack for its approach to testing methods and how it chooses to address issues, suggestions and feature releases, it’s hopefully, this little video will help offer critics some guidance on how their feedback is being digested by the Windows team.
