Microsoft has gotten a whole lot done as a result of their Feedback Hub. The app made its way into Windows 10 as a huge part of the development process, and the primary way for Insiders and other users to interact with the team behind Windows, to help for a more dynamic development process.

To give users an idea of who the people behind the Feedback Hub are, Microsoft has released a video that goes into the details. It tells the story of the 32 programmers, designers, and more that work on the team, and offers some valuable perspective.

On top of being a nice look into the inner workings of Microsoft’s feedback practices, the video helps Windows 10 users understand exactly what happens when they submit their ideas to the feedback hub. It explains the how and why of each category in the hub, and gives you an idea of what happens once the team gets that suggestion.

Radu Tyrsina has been a Windows fan ever since he got his first PC, a Pentium III (a monster at that time).

For most of the kids of his age, the Internet was an amazing way to play and communicate with others, but he was deeply impressed by the flow of information and how easily you can find anything on the web.

Prior to founding Windows Report, this particular curiosity about digital content enabled him to grow a number of sites that helped hundreds of millions reach faster the answer they’re looking for.
