Mojang Studios ended last week with thePre-Release 5snapshot forMinecraftplayers to test. On Monday, that snapshot is already being replaced withMinecraft: Java Edition 1.18 Pre-Release 6, which continues to iterate on and polish the second half of theCaves and Cliffs Update.
With 1.18 Caves and Cliffs Update Part Two being feature complete, Mojang is now focusing on bug fixes and smaller tweaks before the massive Minecraft content update officially releases on Nov. 30, 2021. With just over a week to go, all eyes are on ensuring the release is as smooth as possible.
Minecraft is already the greatest game ever made, numbered among thebest PC gamesof all time. The upcoming content update promises to cement this even further with tons of new features for players to explore.
