Microsoft’s Office department has justlaunched a brand new line of business appsfor Microsoft Office users aimed at performing a wide range of tasks usually performed by popular third-party applications.

The first four of these new business apps are geared towards users looking to streamline their business practices with data tracking and simplified paperwork being a main focus with this initial offering. Mile IQ is designed to help users track business travel, Bookings is a tool which allows customers to make bookings, Invoice as its name suggests is for creating invoices, and Spend is an expense and receipt tracking tool.

Two additional apps, Point and Presence, are made for the modern, tech savvy, business owner. Point appears to be a rather innovative tool used for creating referral campaigns and word-of-mouth marketing while Presence (which is listed as “coming soon”) will be an app for tracking online brand impact and influence.

Microsoft hopes to achieve the following with these new products;

Guard your data: Gain peace of mind with apps that help keep your business and customer data safe and secure.

Save time: Take back time and save some money. Our new apps will simplify your day-to-day tasks.

Easy to use: The apps work like a team that helps streamline how you run your business.

Manage on the go: The new Business apps are also mobile. Because you are too!

For most of the kids of his age, the Internet was an amazing way to play and communicate with others, but he was deeply impressed by the flow of information and how easily you can find anything on the web.

Prior to founding Windows Report, this particular curiosity about digital content enabled him to grow a number of sites that helped hundreds of millions reach faster the answer they’re looking for.
