Microsoft Flowadded a rich HTML-based text editor to Office 365 Outlook and Outlook.com connectors. As noted in a post on the Flow blog, this editor allows you to change your font, use bold, italic, or underline, as well as change the text color, highlight text, and create lists and hyperlinks in emails.Microsoftnoted that not all capabilities are available, but will be in the future.
“At this time, it [rich text editor] doesn’t support advanced capabilities like tables, but we will add additional capabilities in the future. We will also be adding this rich text capability to more connectors and actions soon, like: creating pages inOneNote, sending messages inMicrosoft Teams, writing stories inMedium, and posting toWordPress.”
Additionally, Microsoft partners added four new connectors to Microsoft Flow:
Imprezian360– A comprehensive suite of integrated technologies for sales-leads, order management and inventory designed for Quickbooks Desktop Editions.
Encodian– Enhanced document management and PDF creation capabilities forOffice 365, Flow, Logic Apps + more
Soft1– The Soft1 Connector provides an API to work with Soft1 ERP objects
Zahara– Zahara is a complete purchase management platform enabling paperless approvals for supplier invoices and purchase requisition.
Microsoft hopes to include more connectors to Microsoft Flow in the future, with more help from Microsoft’s partners. More Microsoft Flow connectors will bring a more robust line of capabilities to Microsoft’s line of products and services.
