Lenovo has a slate of new machines on the way, including the third generation of the ThinkPad L13 and L13 Yoga. You can find them on shelves starting May 2022 in two distinct colors: Thunder Black or Storm Grey. The latter hue is a new option.

Beyond the fresh color choice, Lenovo is also touting the Gen 3 releases' PrivacyGuard (which offers screen security so prying eyes can’t peep at your activity from the sides of the display) and 16:10 displays. The company has been paying attention to how peopleprioritize aspect ratios, so this particular element should resonate with ThinkPad fans who want the real estate 16:10 affords.

As for internal hardware, 12th Gen Intel CPUs are on the menu, as are AMD Ryzen processors. You can have up to a terabyte of SSD storage in your L13 and up to 32GB of RAM. For exact dimensions, weight, ports, and all those other details, see the table below.

The L13 Gen 3 i and L13 Yoga Gen 3 i arrive in May 2022 for $859 and 1,039 respectively. The AMD variants will also arrive in May for $799 (L13) and $979 (L13 Yoga).
