Lenovo refreshes ThinkPad X13 Yoga and X13 with latest specs from Intel and AMD

Lenovo just expanded its ThinkPad lineup with refreshes of the ThinkPad X13 and ThinkPad X13 Yoga. Both laptops are now in their third generation and feature the latest specs for connectivity and productivity. The new laptops will be available with up to 12th Gen Intel Core i7 processors and Iris Xe. The ThinkPad X13 will also have options with AMD Ryzen PRO 6000 chips and AMD Radeon 600M graphics.
The Intel models of the ThinkPad X13 Yoga Gen 3 and ThinkPad X13 Gen 3 will launch in June 2022 with starting prices of $1,369 and $1,179, respectively. The AMD-powered ThinkPad X13 Gen 3 will also launch in June, but it has a lower starting price of $1,119.
Lenovo highlights the ability of these laptops to deliver an optimal hybrid work experience. They feature Dolby Voice, FHD cameras, 4G LTE connectivity, and several security features.
Both new ThinkPad X13 models have a fingerprint reader, camera shutter, Kensington lock slot, and have an option for PrivacyGuard, which protects a screen from onlookers. The new Intel-based ThinkPads are also Tile-ready. The AMD models of the devices have Microsoft Pluton security processors, while the Intel versions have Intel Hardware Shield, thanks to being Intel vPro platform-based.
Lenovo also announced newThinkPad L13 Gen 3, L13 Yoga,L14 and L15 Gen 3laptops today. All of these complement the ThinkPad lineup, which recently saw the addition of theThinkPad X13with a Snapdragon CPU as well.
