Email at work has certainly become a pain point for many employees. Notably, startups like Slack and HipChat bill themselves as email killing apps which can replace your traditional inbox with chat channels. While the verdict is still out if email’s days are numbered, aFrench startupis trying is introducing an Office 365 add-in to help make your inbox more manageable.

Keluro’s approach is focused on eliminating CC’d and forwarded emails from your inbox. Rather than letting your inbox fill up with CC’d clutter, team members can simply use the Keluro add-in to intelligently archive messages in shared channels. Organizations can create custom archive channels for projects, customers, or departments.

These channels can then be shared across teams so everyone has an archive to refer to when they need to track down some information. The archives can then be accessed either directly from Outlook Desktop and Outlook Web Access, or from Keluro’s mobile app or Keluro’s website.

Here is are some of the conveniences Keluro features on their website:

Keluro also boasts they have a smart algorithm to suggest shared channels for certain messages, and an “adaptive organization, archiving and visualization of emails ensures you stay on top of the most relevant information, all in one place.” You can see Keluro in action in the video above.

You can add Keluro to your inbox from the Ofice Storehereor visit their websitehere.

For most of the kids of his age, the Internet was an amazing way to play and communicate with others, but he was deeply impressed by the flow of information and how easily you can find anything on the web.

Prior to founding Windows Report, this particular curiosity about digital content enabled him to grow a number of sites that helped hundreds of millions reach faster the answer they’re looking for.
