On the sidelines of Microsoft Ignite 2017 conference, Microsoft announced that HP and Lenovo will support Windows AutoPilot starting January 2018.
Announced in June this year, Windows AutoPilotis a collection of technologies used to set up and pre-configure new devices, making them business-ready. IT professionals can also use Windows AutoPilot to reset, repurpose, and recover devices.
The cloud service allows IT pros and administrators to customize the Windows 10 out of box setup experience using a cloud configuration. After the launch, the program was rolled out to OEMs, distributors, and resellers to help them link devices to an organization.
The Windows AutoPilot Deployment Program was piloted by Surface, and HP and Lenovo now will join the program by providing device IDs to companies on select orders.
Users will be able to set up a new device complete with the company configuration and apps ready to go without the need for IT to touch the device or manage updates in person.

For most of the kids of his age, the Internet was an amazing way to play and communicate with others, but he was deeply impressed by the flow of information and how easily you can find anything on the web.
Prior to founding Windows Report, this particular curiosity about digital content enabled him to grow a number of sites that helped hundreds of millions reach faster the answer they’re looking for.
