“Don’t buy aWindows 10PC with 32gb ofstorage!” – This is the title of a recent Reddit thread that seems to get users really agitated. They are asking themselves what is the reason why laptops are sold with32GBof storage spacebecause these are reportedly “flawed.”

“Thestoragemay be, emmc. Why they sell these I have no idea; the design is flawed in my opinion. Couple tight space with the frequency of large cumulative updates and we are staring at a recipe for failure,” one Redditor said, opening the Pandora’s box.

Systems with 32GB are useless for Windows 10

One user says that if you’re looking to buy a eMMC memory laptops, there are lots of 32GB options out there, but they turn out useless forrunning Windows 10. Lots of users are complaining that their PCs fail to update and this is because manyWindows 10versions willtake up a significant amount of spaceyet systems still try to update, failing each and every time.

In other words, you won’t even be able toblock the updatesbecause you’re running a Home version and you won’t be able to update the system either because it lacks space. Buying acheap laptopwith such little space just for the sake of it is simply not worth it.

Avoid buying cheap systems

The Reddit discussion goes on, and a Redditor thinks that users should definitely avoid cheap options because of the reasons mentioned above. If you’re runningWindows 10, you will not be able to update your computer, and this means that you won’t getthe latest security patchesand more.

It’s also important to note that there’s a massive difference between getting a good solution for a great price and just purchasing the cheapest option that you can find.
