Halo Infiniteis set to release on Dec. 8, 2021. The upcoming entry marks the latest in the highly coveted FPS series that put the Xbox console on the map back in 2001. Microsoft is also commemorating the game’s launch with aHalo Infinite Xbox Series X console, although amid ongoing console shortages, this edition is even harder to come by.
YouTube user HugoTheKing077 has now provided our first look at the console in an unboxing video, and in a follow-up, has shown off the unique sounds the console makes when used.
The Xbox Series X console also has custom sounds when powered on, and ejecting discs, which can be found via 10:18 in the video below.
The videos are in Spanish, but the console’s striking visuals still translate. The console is lavishly decorated from all angles, with gold accents upon a star-speckled finish. The console also pairs with an exclusive controller, based on the standard Xbox Series X gamepad.
The Halo Infinite Xbox console continues to prove hard to find in an age of scalpers and global chip shortages, affecting the production of smartphones, consoles, vehicles, and more.
Halo Infinite is set to release on Dec. 8, 2021, for the Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.Xbox Game Pass subscriberswill be able to play the game on launch day for no additional cost.
