Halo Infinitemultiplayer surprise launched as part of the 20th anniversary celebration of Xbox. As players rush to download the multiplayer, many are reporting an issue of just seeing a blank blue screen when trying to boot the game. If you’re one of the players running into this issue, try rebooting your console. If it still doesn’t boot up, hang on. Due to the nature of this surprise launch, the multiplayer servers are still coming online in various regions.

Microsoft is aware of the issue, perHalo support. From time to time, you should check to see if an update is available, as this update is still rolling out and should fix the blue screen error. Despite being framed as a beta, this drop of Halo Infinite’s multiplayer portion is content complete. All the weapons are in, the core modes are available and the full launchlist of Halo Infinite mapsis included.

Halo Infinite’s campaign is still slated to launch on Dec. 8, 2021. The game features the most wide-open Halo campaign yet and like the multiplayer, it’s available onXbox Series X,Xbox Series S, Xbox One and PC. The campaign will also be available in Xbox Game Pass at launch.

Halo Infinite’s multiplayer has launched a few weeks early, compiling its classic arena multiplayer modes, expanded 24-player Big Team Battle, and more into one free-to-play package.
