Halo Infinite is the latest generation of the legendary Halo franchise, and it’s expected to persist for years with regular support and post-launch updates. Ahead of the launch of the game’s second multiplayer season, which will add plenty of fresh content, 343 Industries is releasing a new patch update to Halo Infinite players with a handful of multiplayer-related fixes and tweaks.

The April 5, 2022 patch update forHalo Infiniteis absolutely a minor release, and focuses primarily on various changes to the game’s expansive multiplayer suite. The headlining changes affect the Capture the Flag game mode across multiplayer and Custom Games; Sudden Death and how it’s triggered has been updated. There are also fixes for Power Seed spawns during Stockpile matches, and improvements to joining Fireteams or accepting multiplayer invites on Xbox.

The latest patch for one of thebest Xbox gamesis now available across Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC platforms, and is approximately 1.3GB in size.
