Halo Infiniteis inbound, with developer 343 Industries sharing new details on what players can expect from the first premiumHalo Infinite battle pass. Speaking withIGN, 343 Industries re-affirmed that this first season is themed after Halo: Reach, being appropriately titled “Heroes of Reach.” There’ll be a variety of armors from Reach, as well as Death Effects. You can see a teaser for some of these in the image that was provided to IGN below:

Notably, 343 Industries says this is the closest players have ever gotten to being able to look like the members of Noble Team from Halo: Reach. 343 Industries also tells IGN that for Spartans, outside of the aforementioned “Fractures” cosmetics, things will be lore-appropriate, meaning there’s no dancing emotes coming, at least for now.

Halo Infinite’s multiplayer is entirely free-to-play on all platforms, with120 FPS support on Xbox Series X|S. The multiplayer will grow from season to season, with alist of Halo Infinite mapsthat’s sure to get bigger over time. Halo Infinite is currently slated to launch on Dec. 8, 2021.
