Apparently, someoneon Reddit figured out a way to get Xbox One Games with Gold freewhen offered in other regions. RedditorSombreBagoffered a method to get PowerStar Golf onXbox Onefor free. Several other Redditors indicate other games that they have downloaded to their Xbox One for free over the years.

It appears that the reason for is that Xbox One games are region-free and you don’t need a specific Xbox One region to download these games. You can’t use this same method onXbox 360games because they are region-locked.

I haven’t tried this method yet, so I am not sure if it works on on Xbox One games in other regions. However, if you already have Games with Gold, you can try out this method and see if you have any luck. I am content with all the Xbox One Games with Gold that I currently own. However, if you are looking to add more Xbox One games to your library, give this method a try and see if it works.
