Windows Timeline is definitely a revolutionary feature for Windows 10, currently allowing Windows Insiders to continue content across multiple devices. The feature is obviously in its infancy, and so Microsoft is collecting feedback from Windows Insiders in order to improve it. Indeed, a quick visit to the “Suggestions” section of Feedback Hub shows that many Windows Insiders are looking for Microsoft to improve the ways to remove or filter cards in Windows Timeline.

I myself suggestedfor Microsoft to add an “X” to remove activity cardsfrom Windows Timeline, and my suggestion has gathered up nearly 280 votes in the Feedback Hub. Microsoft’s Jen Gentlemantold me on Twitter that the company is considering my feedback, which is great because many Windows Insiders also have the same thought. It’s especially important to me because the only way to dismiss cards is by right-clicking on it, which is annoying if you want to remove multiple cards at the same time.

For instance, one Windows Insider wants an option tofilter or group websites in Timeline, another one wants the search toautomatically appear when Timeline invoked. Other suggestions include adding an option toexclude some programs in Timeline, integratingTimeline with Launcher on Android, or even adding a“clear all” buttonto the experience.

So, if you have something to say about Windows Timeline, voice your opinion on the Feedback Hub. Microsoft is clearly listening to your thoughts, and the more popular it becomes on Feedback Hub, the more likely it will be put into future builds.

For most of the kids of his age, the Internet was an amazing way to play and communicate with others, but he was deeply impressed by the flow of information and how easily you can find anything on the web.

Prior to founding Windows Report, this particular curiosity about digital content enabled him to grow a number of sites that helped hundreds of millions reach faster the answer they’re looking for.
