Microsoft brought some refreshingcross-compatibility featuresto bothWindows 10andWindows 10Mobile with previous Preview builds. However,  a lot of users complained that thesefeaturesdon’t work properly, so Microsoft decided to fix things up in build 14328.

Microsoft introduced cross-platform low battery notifications, the ability to ring or find your phone, and the ability to share maps between devices toCortanain build 14316. But, a huge number of users reported that none of these additions seemed to work, so Microsoft had to do something in this release.

Allegedly, build 14295 onWindows 10Mobile caused problems, as it wasn’t able operate with a PC properly. Microsoft didn’t specify an exact cause of the problem inWindows 10Mobile build 14295, but the company assures users that the problem was fixed.

However, the new build 14327 forWindows 10Mobile is already out, so Insiders who keep their phones updated have nothing to worry about.

Microsoft constantly improvesCortana‘s cross-platform compatibility, especially withWindows 10Mobile. New features are, of course, presented toWindows 10Insiders on the Fast ring first, so occasional bugs and errors are common. EvenCortanaon the Lock Screen, which was introduced a couple of days ago, has its flaws, but we expect Microsoft to deliver some improvements as soon as in the next Preview build.

If you already had an opportunity to try some of thesefeaturesalready, feel free to share your impressions with us in the comments.
