Cities: Skylines, the popular city building video game released earlier this year on the Xbox One is free to play for Xbox Live Gold subscribers this weekend. Originally released on PCs, the Xbox One version of Cities: Skylines has been optimized for the Xbox One controller, and it also comes with the After Dark expansion which adds which a day-night lifecycle to the game.
Here is the game’s official description:
Cities: Skylines – Xbox One Edition puts you in charge of a growing city – from the ground-breaking of its first streets to the ever-changing needs of thousands of citizens. Design, build, and manage the city of your dreams, from public services to civic policies, and challenge yourself to grow from a simple town to a bustling metropolitan hub.
The game is only a 2GB download, and it can be yours for $29.99 ($10 off) for a limited time. Sound off in the comments if you would recommend Cities: Skylines to fans of management games.
