Microsoft has just announced thateight new games will join Xbox Games Pass in April, including an upcoming ID@Xbox title that will be available in the catalog on the same day its debuts on Xbox One. This one is Robocraft Infinity, an online third-person robot combat game that will officially launch on April 11.

For those unfamiliar, Robocraft Inifinity is a port of the PC game Robocraft, which originally launched back in 2013 on Windows. Developer Freejam Games held an open beta for Xbox insiders a couple of weeks ago, and the robot fighting game will be Xbox One X Enhanced with support for 4K graphics at 60FPS.

The other big game coming to Xbox Games Pass next month is Cities: Skylines, a city-building game which was also released first on Windows. The Xbox One version has been optimized for the Xbox controller it and received positive reviews when it launched last year.

Six other games will join the catalog next month, and these are theHunter: Call of the Wild, Kingdom: New Lands, Portal Knights, ClusterTruck, Sacred Citadel and the live-action crime thriller Late Shift. Xbox Games Pass lets you play more than 100 Xbox One and Xbox 360 games for just $9.99 month, and the inclusion of fresh new releases such as Robocraft Infinity or Sea of Thieves makes the subscription service increasingly interesting. However, games cycle in and out of Game Pass every month, andnine games will leave the catalogat the end of March.
