ASUS just launched its Zenbook 14X OLED and Zenbook 14 Flip OLED laptops. An 11th Gen Intel Core i7 CPU powers the Zenbook 14X, while the Zenbook 14 Flip OLED has an AMD Ryzen 7 inside. You can purchase the Zenbook 14X OLED (from $1,400) and Zenbook Flip OLED ($1,100) starting today.

The displays of the new Zenbooks are the standout features for the laptops. The OLED screens have 16:10 aspect ratios and a resolution of 2.8K. They also each support HDR, have a 1,000,000 to 1 contrast ratio, and are PANTONE validated. The displays cover 100% DCI-P3 and are TÜV-certified for low blue-light levels.

ASUS has two Zenbook 14X OLED devices. One ships with Windows 10 and has an 11th Gen Intel Core i7 with GeForce MX540 graphics (model number UX5400EA/EG). The other ships with Windows 11 and has a 12th Gen Intel Core i7 with GeForce MX550 graphics (model number 14X OLED UX5400ZB).

This clamshell laptop has a tall 2.8K OLED display with a 92% screen-to-body ratio. It also features a touchpad that’s also a touchscreen.
